Satsang

Rooted in ancient traditions, this form of meditation helps quiet mental chatter and aligns the practitioner with deeper states of awareness. By gently returning attention to the mantra whenever the mind wanders, one begins to access a sense of calm, clarity, and presence. Whether spoken aloud, whispered, or repeated silently, the mantra serves as a vibrational anchor that guides the mind inward toward peace and self-realization.

The Yogic Way Turns Back to Source
00:00 / 09:17

A 10 minute discussion with a student in Shikhaa’s Kriya Yoga class, inspired by the Yogic Breath, which alters the breath to make the inhalation passive and the exhalation active. Shikhaa takes it deeper than the breathing practice, to the yogic way of returning the mind’s attention back to the source - Pure Existence.
